Microsoft has announced that Mike Colter (inter alia, actor in such films as Million Dollar Baby and Man In Black 3 ) will be among the protagonists of Halo: Nightfall , the TV series created by Paul Scheuring and produced by Ridley Scott. Colter interpret Jameson Locke, the ONI agent who will meet later in Halo 5: Guardians .

The plot centers on the origins of the agent Locke, "troubled by aspects of the military industrial complex in which he lives" and "inspires loyalty in his Spartan comrades."  The series will consist of five episodes that will be released on a weekly basis and will also be visible in streaming.

More information on what we should expect and how it will be structured Halo: Nightfall will be given during this weekend at Comic Con in San Diego. In the meantime, we propose the first shots from the set that you find below.
