Apparently the plans for the Xbox version One of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 were suddenly revised; the game not only has been postponed to date still to be determined, but is likely to be even more released for the new Microsoft console. Going in fact on the official site of the game, you can see how the Xbox One title has been completely removed from the screen of preorders for the various platforms on which the title was intended to land.

The English site MCV also reported that it had received from the same Activision further confirmation of what is happening: "we wish to inform you that we are currently revising our release plans for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 on Xbox One. When and if the game will be released on the Xbox One is yet to be determined. " The title, then, will arrive in stores on May 2 on the Xbox 360 as stated, but his fate on Xbox One unfortunately remains uncertain.

The reasons for such a change in the program are not yet known, but some think that Sony wanted to enforce their license, since the film is made by Sony Pictures, to prevent the release to the console competitor, although this does not explain, however, why the output is however foreseen on Xbox 360.
