[AGG] The pre-load of the games arrives on Xbox One with Titanfall

UPDATE : Microsoft has explained to Polygon that pre-purchase info and pre-load the game on Xbox Games Store were published in error, and that these features will not be available for the launch of the game. So for now it appears there will be no way to purchase and download Xbox titles in advance One.

Original news:
Often it is too cheap to buy a digital title rather than in stores, for several reasons: the first is that the price rarely deviates from that of the physical version, which also brings with it the added value of being able to be resold, while another is that download times lead us to having to wait to be able to play with our new purchase. It seems, however, that at least this second stumbling block is about to disappear on Xbox One, having already been superseded by other digital store.

On the page Titanfall product appeared briefly on Xbox.com before it was removed, Microsoft explained that the game is available digitally now and that the download will be available from before the launch date, to allow everyone to download it in advance. The game will be playable by 00:01 but by each respective country on the day of launch of the game. So in our case, if we decide to buy in advance the game on Games Store, you can download it with a few days in advance but remain playable by 00:01 of 13 March.

We will let you know when Microsoft recover the product page online with the possibility to take advantage of advance purchase, and we hope that this system will be expanded to all other games: the next step is to ensure that the digital titles cost slightly less than those from the store, after which they leave the world of "physical" starts to become a more viable route.
