In an interview with Newegg TV, when asked if Xbox One will sooner or later to play with mouse and keyboard Major Nelson explained that, if this is something that developers will be affected, Microsoft will certainly help to support them.

Major Nelson has, however, explained that creating a gaming experience from two or three feet away from the screen, typical of console world, is very different from creating a game intended for those about to 50 cm from the monitor as on PC, so developers who wish to create a "PC experience" on Xbox One will need to have very clear ideas and be really motivated.

This ensures that on Xbox One will arrive sooner or later playable titles with mouse and keyboard-which as explained by Major would definitely some ergonomic problem-but it's definitely interesting to see how Microsoft will say positive about it.
