The Time Warner group has released today a statement on financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012, which is also mentioned in the forecast for the future. Among other statements, we find a very interesting for gamers: " we also have important leisure trips this year, including the upcoming franchise Batman Arkham ".

It seems then that by the end of the year we will be able to play with a sequel to Batman: Arkham City or even a prequel to the same since last year some rumor cited the creation of a title set in the Silver Age of superheroes, circa 1960. It seems, moreover, according to the British blog VG247, the game will not be developed by the creators of Rocksteady, but frachise directory by a sub-team. Evidently Rocksteady was moved on a most important project, maybe for next-gen and perhaps always tied to Batman. We'll keep you informed if they emerge more information.
