Capcom: Steel Battalion has the best support to Kinect

Thanks to improvements from Microsoft on Kinect sensor recognition, Capcom was able to pull the sums and be so satisfied with their mech Simulator Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor . To give voice to the thoughts of Japanese software house producer Kenji Kataoka is without half measures that States that " Steel Battalion is the game with the deepest possible Kinect support in the market, we have probed nearly every possibility ."

The same Kataoka is then dropped more into detail describing the fundamental step in the process of improving the Kinect: "at the beginning of our tests on Kinect for the game, was to scan areas, i.e. the software read the position of the hands in space to infer the input given by the player m to this solution was not sufficiently precise for the complex system of required actions of the game, which attempts to recreate a real war situation through the tracking of movements of the head, arms and shoulders. So Microsoft has developed for us a whole new set of software that made it possible to move from the space recognition of gestures: so now we have a combination of coordinate tracking of the movement, which greatly increases the precision, allowing a scan so that large movements of smaller ones ". All details that make really bodes well on real possibilities of this interesting title expected in stores on 22 June next.
