Come previsto, nella giornata di ieri la  British Academy of Film and Television Arts ha annunciato i BAFTA Awards 2012, una sorta di Oscar inglesi dedicati al mondo dei videogiochi. Esce vincitore dalla votazione, con il titolo di Miglior Gioco ma anche Miglior Design e Miglior Storia, Portal 2; altro titolo a ricevere il maggior numero di onoreficenze è Battlefield 3, che porta a casa Miglior Audio, Miglior Multiplayer e GAME Award, votato dal pubblico e sponsorizzato dalla catena inglese GAME.

Si tratta sicuramente di una votazione che farà discutere, visto che alcuni dei giochi di maggior successo dello scorso anno, sia multiformato che esclusivi alle varie piattaforme, non hanno ricevuto alcun premio pur essendo stati nominati.
