Here is a very welcome and unexpected news: Microsoft has announced the arrival of the integration of discord voice chat within Xbox, which can be used quickly and easily from the Panel as it already happens for Xbox Groups. In this way we will be able to chat with our friends on PC, for example while playing with them on cross-play titles.

This new feature will allow us to connect to a Discord voice call with the ability to change or change the volume of individual participants, and also to quickly and easily switch from Discord chat to Xbox gaming chat. To activate it, simply connect our Xbox account and the Discord account: in this article, unfortunately available for now only in English, all the necessary steps are explained.

As always happens for the new features will be first tested by members of the Xbox Insider program: the update was distributed today to a selection of these users, but it will arrive soon for everyone, we imagine with the August update.
