The Coalition has announced that the new update for Gears 5 titled Operation 6 will introduce three new characters plus an additional map. The characters are: Colonel COG Victor Hoffman, the locust Zealot and the mother of the protagonist Kait Diaz, Queen Reyna. While the new map is called Speyer and will have an indoor setting with very spacious premises also suitable for long-range combat.

At the moment there is no precise date for the release of the content, but it should not be long in coming, however we will inform you when there is further news about it. In the meantime, we'll leave you to a movie about the content in question.
