Publisher Snowman and developer Agens have announced the development of the skateboard game Skate City on older generation consoles and, in retro-compatibility, of the skateboarding game Skate City.

Released last September for Apple Arcade, " Skate City offers something slightly different for players who love sports, or simply love skateboarding games,"Snowman producer Andrew Schimmel said in a press release.

Players will have the opportunity to explore three cities, Los Angeles, Oslo and Barcelona, filled with ramps and real zones on which to perform myriad stunts including trick, flip, grab, grinds and spin. The controls will be simple, according to the developers, and learning to master the skater's skills will be intuitive.
