After the cover of the game was leaked yesterday, today came the official announcement from Sony: the MLB baseball simulator The Show 21 will arrive on April 20 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, representing the first PlayStation Studios title to arrive on Microsoft consoles.

Sony has also revealed that the game will support cross-play and cross-progress, which means players from all platforms will be able to play online with each other and, if you buy the game across multiple platforms, you can keep your progress going from one to the other.
