The Italian firm Milestone announced today that the new RIDE 4racer, expected to be released for current consoles on October 8, will also arrive in an upgraded and optimized version for next-gen consoles on January 21. Buyers of the Xbox One PS4 edition game will receive the update for free at the next-gen edition thanks to the Xbox Series X/S Smart Delivery feature if they start the game free.

On the new consoles, the game will allow you to play 60 FPS with a resolution "up to 4K". In addition, the developers explain, thanks to the extra power of the next generation consoles all races, both online and offline will now be even more compelling, with 20 drivers competing.

In addition, with the new SSDs, load times will be significantly reduced. This means shorter waiting times before any race, but also a better gaming experience during competitions. This is because it will offer a much faster texture stream, making players better immerse themselves in environments as they accelerate to 300 km/h.
