2K today unveiled the first trailer for Mafia: Definitive Edition, a full remake of the first Mafia coming on August 28 and available individually and as part of the Mafia Trilogycollection. The video doesn't show us gameplay scenes yet, but it gives us a first look at the beautiful new cut-scenes,introducing us to the history of the game.

The game will take us back to the city of Lost Heaven as the taxed Tommy Angelo as he increasingly immerses himself in the world of the Italian-American mafia. The video shows us precisely a series of interlude sequences, subtitled in Italian, in which we see Tommy interacting with different characters against the background of an extremely lively and detailed city. We can only hope that the in-game graphics will not be outdone!
