And undoubted as the most iconic and memorable villain of the Far Cry series was Vaas Montenegro,the crazy character of Far Cry 3 that we faced in the Rook Islands. Many players were impressed by his psychopathic personality, so much so that subsequent villains never managed to match his charisma.

Now, however, there is a glimmer of hope for Vaas's return: during an AMA(Ask Me Anything, a question-and-answer session with fans) on Reddit,actor Michael Mando who played the crazy villain responded this to a user who complimented his performance in Far Cry 3:

"Thankyou very much! Vaas is my animal spirit - having co-created it is something that will always be dear to me. People still recognize me as Vaas, and I still feel a lot of love for that character - that makes me happy. Who knows... maybe I'll reprise the role very soon?"

The interesting note is on that "very soon": it seems that Mando is not only hoping to return to the role of Vaas, but that he is suggesting that this will happen soon. So that a new Far Cry is in the works in which we will see the return of the historic villain? We hope so!
