505 Games and Typhoon Studios today released the launch trailer for Journey to the Savage Planet,a new first-person sci-fi adventure released today in digital and coming to stores on Friday. The title is a first-person exploration and adventure game, set in a colorful and pulsating alien world.

As an employee of Kindred Aerospace, the player is abandoned on the unexplored planet AR-Y 26, located in a remote corner of the universe. Taken off with a lot of hope, but with very little equipment and without a real plan (and without enough fuel to return home), the player is driven to explore and catalog the alien flora and fauna, to determine if this strange planet is suitable for human life. Journey to the Savage Planet can be played in both single-player and two-player online co-op.
