Last June Techland launched on social media #DrinkForDLC initiative to be ironic about an agreement between Activision and Red Bull in which who would buy the famous energy drink would receive special in-game content: Polish developers promised instead to create free content for Dying Light though a lot of people have posted their photos as they drank a glass of water.

Well, since then the community has published over 15000 photos and video related to the initiative, and developers now live up to their promise by announcing the #DrinkForDLC Content Pack , which will add the following free content:

• The fountain of youth – a new mission set in the old town area.
• Water 2.0 – a project for a new throwing weapon that intensifies the effect of all weapons.
• Water Challenges – two new challenges parkour built on waterways and in which we will have to try not to get wet.

For now we don't know when the DLC will come, but should still be released before the release of the expansion The Following expected in February. We leave you with three pictures showing the contents mentioned above.
