The Halo universe continues to expand within the TV world thanks to a new video production which will be co-produced by the Director of Alien and Blade Runner, Ridley Scott. According to what stated by Microsoft, the project will be developed by 343 Industries, Xbox Entertainment Studios and Scott Free Productions, the production company Scott.

The Director of the new project will be Sergio Mimica-Gezzan, who has to his credit series such as Battlestar Galactica, Heroes, and the pillars of the Earth; However, this is a separate project from the series that is already in production and supervised by Steven Spielberg: it is likely that this new project is not a Priory "TV series" but more of the mini-episodes along the lines of Forward Unto Dawn.
