Respawn announced that it had upgraded the matchmaking Titanfall to introduce a new option, for now available only in classic Multiplayer mode called "Improved Matchmaking (beta)" (Improved Matchmaking), the new option will cause the quality to prefer matchmaking speed by taking a little more time to create more balanced teams and pairs.

In addition, when between two teams that played a series of matches one proves to be consistently stronger than the other, the matchmaking may decide to separate the teams to create more balanced new mates. This should increase the satisfaction of both the stronger team, which will be placed in comparison with teams at their height, that the weaker ones, which should not be forced into a series of defeats always by the same team.

For now this new algorithm is testing, but could become the norm if developers will detect an improved experience for gamers.
