Nexon announced today that tomorrow, October 26, will start the Open Beta of The Finals, the hyper-frenetic free-to-play FPS created by Swedish Embark Studios, the studio founded by former DICE boss Patrick Soderlund who brought with him numerous former developers of the Battlefield series.

The game, which stylistically draws inspiration from works such as Squid Game and The Running Man, is characterized by the presence of highly destructible maps, where players are encouraged to use the environment to their advantage.

The Open Beta will run until November 5 and will be fully cross-play, allowing players to join their friends on other platforms, and will be the first opportunity for console players to try out the game. There's no pre-registration required to play, just download the Beta from the Store tomorrow and you're ready for action.
