This is big news for the program Play Anywhere, because so far the titles that you had joined-in addition to Microsoft-only games were exclusives ID @ Xbox: this is the first production AAA to embrace the system Play Anywhere, and we hope to do as an example for other "big guns" that are so playable on Xbox One (and Scorpio, of course) that Windows 10.
