Spike Chunsoft today released a new video of One Piece: Burning Blood showing us in action Monkey d. Garp and Caesar, playable characters that will be available on 22 December via DLC surcharge while will be free for all owners of the "Wanted 2" Gold Pack "Pack" and "Gold Edition".
