In March Microsoft had announced that the Lamborghini Centenary would be the next cover of Force's car, the disclosure of which would take place at E3; everyone thought the most obvious hypothesis, namely the arrival of Forza Horizon 3 , but this may not be the case.

The website ICXM has received from a reliable source, that has proven many times before, that the new game racing franchise won't be a Strength Horizon nor a Motosrport, but this will be the first title of a new series featuring the most densely urban environments Force to Project Gotham Racing .

The source site says that the new game will feature several interconnected cities in an open-world, something like The Crew but on a smaller scale and much more detailed and finished.

If this were true, it could mean that Microsoft has decided to move to a three-year development cycle for the games in the series Strength rather than biennial as it was so far with the alternation of Horizon and Motorsport. A decision that would benefit in terms of quality and content to all games in the series.
