The second major expansion dedicated to Dark Souls III will come not before early next year. This was revealed by the game's director Hidetaka Miyazaki, who said that the team From Software is currently working on two additional large sections coming respectively during this fall and in early 2017.

Both the additional content will be included in the Season Pass but can also be purchased individually and will include new maps, weapons, enemies, armor and news boss.
