The community manager for Star Wars: Battlefront , known by the nickname of "Sledgehammer70" said on the forum of the game that has just been released a new patch, more precisely the number 1.05, which introduces a number of new features including a new map and a new mission of the game.

The new map, as its name says "Twilight on Hoth" ("the sunset on Hoth"), is set on the planet Hoth during sunset and is accessible to all modes with large scale battles, such as Fighter Squadron and Drop Zone.

As for the new mission, called "Survival in the Ice Caves" ("survival in the caves of ice") and is located in the section on survival missions.

Also among the new features with this patch, there's also a film grain filter that you can activate during the gaming session.

Finally, there are new weapons, vehicles, Star cards, improvements to the multiplayer mode as well as a number of minor bug fixes.
