The announcement of the game, which took place last September, has not heard nothing of third person shooter co-op with Fortified tower defense elements; Today we learn thanks to the game page on Xbox.com, that not only the project is alive and well but that is ready to get on Xbox One, on 3 February.

Fortified is a shooting game explosives and strategically where players must defend Earth against a menacing Martian invasion in the years ' 50. Play as one of four heroes inspired by the pulp genre as they fight hordes of terrifying robot with an arsenal of weapons and experimental technology of the cold war. Protect the city by building a network of defence structures, commanding an army and jump into battles against dangerous and imposing attackers. Battle for Terra, alone or with up to four players, in the best defense game co-op.
