Electronic Arts has announced that beginning October there will be a public beta of Star Wars: Battlefront , allowing it to all fans of the game try preview functionality. The beta will allow us to test three modes: assault (map Hoth, 40 players), survival (Tatooine) and so far unknown drop zone, on which more details will be released in the coming weeks. Arriving in early October on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Origin (PC), the beta of Star Wars: Battlefront will be a technical test and submit the way walkers Assault on Hoth , a battle for 40 players between rebels and Empire. Assault walkers will also offer the chance to play with two of the most legendary characters in the universe of Star Wars : Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker.

The beta will also allow you to try the mission survival on Tatooine , where as a rebel, you fend off the assaults of the Imperial forces in the company of a friend.

In addition to these two modes, we are very excited to unveil a new that will be present in the beta: drop zone. In the coming weeks we will give you more information about the launch area.

As part of the beta of Star Wars Battlefront, we are pleased to announce even Star Wars Battlefront Companion. Available during beta on www.StarWarsBattlefront.com , Star Wars Battlefront Companion includes the strategic card game command and allows you to earn credits to unlock weapons, star charts and other content to Star Wars Battlefront. Besides, the Companion helps you to rebel and to see Imperial progress and stats, customize equipment and appearance of your character and get in touch with your friends to receive a warning when they're playing Star Wars Battlefront – in addition to collect information about their statistics and their progress to compare with yours!  Star Wars  Battlefront Companion will be available in Apple's App Store and Google Play before the release of Star Wars Battlefront scheduled for 19 November.
