The event currently taking place, Phil Spencer took the stage to show off new Xbox App that comes built into every copy of Windows 10: this is a more powerful version of Smartglass, which will allow us to not only view your friends activities but also to communicate with them using voice chat directly from your PC.

The app will also allow us to have a view of all of our games-not just those Xbox but also those Xbox Phone and PC, and will contain a new GameDVR feature that will allow us to record gameplay clips of PC titles — even those purchased via Steam-and share it with the Xbox community.
