Activision recently announced that Call of Duty: Ghosts turned out to be so far the best-selling title on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One, surpassing even the success obtained by the other triple-A exponents of last autumn, as Battlefield 4 and Assassin's Creed II: Black Flag.

"We have reached an important milestone," said Eric Hirshberg, CEO of Activision's publishing sector- "making it Call of Duty: Ghosts the best exponent of first-person titles for next-gen".

Activision's officials, however, have not found any data relating to budget or game sales, which it is estimated has however taken a lower flush to other chapters of the famous shooter series, like Black Ops and Modern Warfare 2 3.
