Microsoft announced that tonight, at the time, 02:00 will be released the first update of the Xbox One: the update does not add any new features but is likely to fix a few problems complained about by users. It will automatically download the update on all consoles that have been turned off in the "quick launch" mode: after downloading the console off completely and install the update will happen the next time it is switched on.

The installation should take around 2-5 minutes and during the process you will see the Xbox logo One on green background.

Who hasn't the console off to "quick launch" but in "energy saving" mode and then completely off, you can download the update from only 12 dicempre.

This is the list of fixes included in the update:

• System problems that some users have had with SmartGlass entering and exiting from standby
• I had problems with some users in re-joining multiplayer games
• System problems with inconsistent complained notifications by some users
• The system dashboard performance problems complained about by some users
• Improves the Xbox One TV services, system updates and content update
• Improved wireless network Driver to troubleshoot connectivity complained about by some users
