Microsoft Announces Xbox Xbox One Fitness first video and pictures

Microsoft today announced a new service for Xbox: Xbox Fitness , a personal training program that leverages the full potential of the new Kinect to monitor and keep track of our training.

Using the precision technology of Kinect, Xbox Fitness will be able to read our heart rate without additional accessories, see which muscles we are using, their strength, moving the weight of our body, monitor our peformance, measure the balance, rhythm and form.

Xbox Fitness will provide personalized recommendations based on your training history and past performance, highlighting the most popular workouts between all those users who are using and offering a variety of workouts lasting between 10 and 60 minutes. Training programs are also made by famous brand in the industry, while the exercises there will be explained in videos from famous as trainer Tony Horton, Shaun T, Jillian Michaels and Tracy Anderson.

The title is intended to aiuterci improve steadily: the release of different challenges and performance monitoring are incorporated into our training program via Xbox Live. You can compare past scores, challenge your friends and make public our findings through the Xbox community.

Xbox Fitness is not a retail title, the definition of "service" makes us understand that will be usable only with Xbox Live connection and will require an individual subscription, the Xbox Fitness Pass . This will be included in any Xbox Live Gold subscriptions until December 2014, so that we can try it out without any additional charges.
