The developer and manufacturer of Trion Worlds MMO titles and Namco Bandai have signed an agreement for distribution in Europe, by the latter, of Sci-Fi FPS Defiance . The game, set in the near future in a land devastated by war, will be released in stores in April. Trion Worlds, developer and manufacturer of MMO titles, and NAMCO BANDAI Games, one of the leading manufacturers, developers and distributors of video games in the world, announced today that they have signed an agreement for the distribution of the highly anticipated shooter open world Defiance.
Under the terms of the agreement, NAMCO BANDAI will distribute Defiance for PlayStation ® 3, Xbox 360 ® and PC Apr 2013 in Europe, Middle East, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

Defiance is a riveting open world online shooter for consoles and PC and is set in a near future, in a land ravaged by war. The title is also a revolutionary experience which will go beyond the game, in fact, will be launched in conjunction with the homonymous TV series aired by Syfy channel, with each media events that affect each other. The game combines the intense action of a third person shooter for consoles with force, the scope and the possibilities for customization of an MMO, while its television counterpart picks up all the typical elements of the sci-fi genre.
