After yesterday we had hinted at a possible new Hearthfire, expansion of The Elder Scrolls v: Skyrim , appeared on Reddit that a known user of the community has defined as an "official description" of the DLC. As shown below.

For the first time in the universe of The Elder Scrolls, you can buy a piece of land and build your home from the ground up – from a simple one-room cottage with a huge complex of alchemical laboratory, Armory, a room for trophies and more! Thank you Hearthfire infinite possibilities for building ". 

It seems then that the new content could introduce the possibility of creating from scratch our dwelling, moulding it making it as big as we want (we imagine using the money earned in the game). No confirmation or denial is so far received from Bethesda: we will keep you informed.
