Namco Bandai has officially announced Soul Calibur V for the XBox360 platform, due out in 2012. The producer Hisaharu Tago said that officially the new chapter will be the true sequel to the saga, set 17 years after the fourth chapter. Tago said that we will see old and new characters, in particular, the protagonist is a Jupiter named Patroklos, son and Sophitia Rothion. As for the combat system however, many improvements have been made, together with the introduction of new features. More information will be released at E3 this year.
