The American ESRB, which deals with the classification of games by age group as our PEGI, classified with an "M" (the equivalent of our 18 +) Rise of Nightmares, due to strong content as "yells a man who is very strong and then impaled on the spikes." The game is expected in the U.S. for August 16.
