Rockstar has released an interesting new video of The Ballad of Tony Gay, the second downloadable expansion in Grand Theft Auto IV, which will arrive on Xbox 360 exclusive on October 29. The film simulates a news report that informs us about the situation in Liberty City where we see some new resources included in the content, such as helicopter missile.
