The Blood of Dawnwalker: Rebel Wolves gives us a long overview of the game
The adventure will take us to the dangerous Sangora Valley, a region tyrannized by a ruthless vampire lineage known as the Vrakhiri. Taking on the role of Coen, we will have a very clear main objective: defeat Brencis and save our family. The peculiarity of the experience lies in the constant pressure of time management. In fact, we will have exactly 30 days and 30 nights to complete the mission, and we will have to pay close attention to how we spend our hours. While the free exploration phases won't advance the clock, starting and running the various missions will consume valuable time. As a result, we will not be able to complete every single activity, and our choices will directly affect the flow of the plot.
To make the experience even more intriguing is the dual nature of the protagonist. Coen is in fact a human during the day, but finds himself living as a vampire when darkness falls. This peculiar duality will concretely translate into the gameplay, offering us completely different styles of play and opportunities depending on the time of day in which we decide to act.
Even the combat system, focused on the use of sharp blades and claws, will adapt in all respects to our preferences. If we want a system capable of making us maintain full control over the rhythm of the clashes immediately, we can rely on the mechanics of omniattack and omniblock, delivering blows and parrying with the simple press of a button. If, on the other hand, we are looking for a more tactical approach, we can take advantage of directional combat, a deeper system that will reward timing, execution and precision through perfect parries and lethal responses.
While waiting for the launch, set for September 3rd, we leave you with the new trailer subtitled in Italian.
