Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Beta and Early Access Dates Announced
Immediately after the conclusion of the Call of Duty NEXT live broadcast, the first test weekend will start. In fact, the early access phase will take place from 21 to 25 August, an appointment reserved exclusively for all those who have pre-ordered the game. For all the others, the appointment is instead set for the following weekend: from August 28 to September 1, the actual open beta will open its doors, freely accessible to anyone regardless of the status of the reservation of the title.
During these days of testing, we will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of maps and multiplayer modes. We will be able to play the role of a new selection of Operators, including those exclusive to the Vault Edition in case we have opted to pre-order this specific version. On the arsenal front, we will be able to unlock and test up to 19 different weapons within very varied scenarios, ranging from fast and deadly 3-on-3 clashes to monumental large-scale tactical battles supported by the use of tanks.
The beta content will also allow us to test the fluidity of the renewed movement system and the effectiveness of the ballistics of the bullets. We will be able to create our own custom equipment also taking advantage of Gunny's optional help, progressively leveling up to unlock a wide range of specialties, killstreaks, field upgrades and tactical or lethal equipment. Everything will take place within historical modes of the franchise and absolute novelties, allowing us to challenge opponents in Search and Destroy, in the brand new Kill Block mode or within the Training Mobility Course.
