The horror ILL unveils the 2027 launch window and returns to show itself in a trailer

Team Clout and Mundfish Powerhouse have finally lifted the veil on the launch window of ILL, the long-awaited first-person survival horror that will land on our consoles during 2027. The announcement is accompanied by an intense story trailer that gave us a deeper look at the game universe, revealing new characters, creepy locations, weapons and monstrous aberrations ready to test us.

The game will see us step into the shoes of a protagonist trapped in a massive research facility, where indescribable horrors have awakened and spread to every corner of the complex. Survival will depend on our ability to manage limited resources and adapt to extreme combat situations: ammunition will be a rare luxury, so we will have to learn to exploit the surrounding environment, throwing objects to stun enemies or tearing pipes from walls to use as improvised weapons. The advanced dismemberment system and realistic physics of interactions will make every clash visceral and unpredictable.

The collaboration with Mundfish Powerhouse has allowed Team Clout to bring its experience gained in the film industry to the video game front, with a visual approach that aims for total immersion. Photorealistic visual effects, environmental storytelling and careful direction will transform every moment of the game into a cinematic experience. The team's credits include productions such as Until Dawn, IT: Welcome to Derry and several horror projects for Sony Pictures, elements that suggest a particularly high level of quality.

Max Verehin, Game Director of ILL and CEO of Team Clout, said he was excited to finally be able to share the release window and work tirelessly to bring the project's ambitious vision to life. Robert Bagratuni, CEO of Mundfish, added that ILL will not only amaze on a visual level, but will redefine the way a horror can be authentic and engaging.

We leave you to the video and a set of images; enjoy!
