CONTROL Resonant arrives in September, story trailer
In the game we will have to face a new paranormal threat in a Manhattan distorted by supernatural forces, where a mysterious form of resonance joins Hiss and Mold to redefine reality itself. Alongside Dylan, played by Sean Durrie, we will find the new ally Zoe de Vera and the returning characters Simon Arish and Emily Pope, while the disappearance of Jesse Faden will force us to play the role of humanity's last line of defense.
According to Mikael Kasurinen, Creative Director of the title, the narrative explores deep themes such as identity, power and sacrifice: Dylan, once the subject of tests by the Federal Bureau of Control, will now have to master evolving skills, confront his past and learn to trust others in a world that was not intended for him.
Johannes Paloheimo, Chief Commercial Officer of Remedy, instead emphasized how CONTROL Resonant represents the studio's most ambitious experience, characterized by innovative gameplay, narrative twists and challenging creativity, all managed in self-publishing with an equally ambitious global marketing campaign.
In view of the launch, we will have to wait for summer events such as the Summer Game Fest to find out new details, while Remedy has confirmed that it will be its most localized title ever: voices, interface and subtitles will be available in numerous languages, including Italian.
We leave you with the new trailer and a set of images; enjoy!
