Invincible VS: Story Mode Details and Trailers

Taking advantage of the recent conclusion of the fourth season of the animated series on Prime Video, Quarter Up, the newborn in-house development studio of Skybound Entertainment, has released an unreleased trailer for Invincible VS, the long-awaited and brutal team-based fighting game arriving next week, April 30.

The new footage focuses entirely on the Story Mode, structured to offer a qualitative and lasting experience comparable to that of a full episode of the show. This campaign will act as a real interactive bonus chapter, placed temporally towards the final events of the third season. As we play, we will not only be able to deepen our knowledge of the varied roster of fighters, but we will also be rewarded at the end with a large series of exclusive content designed to further expand the experience.

To guarantee fidelity to the source material, the narration was curated by exceptional signatures. The screenplay is the work of Helen Leigh and Mike Rogers, supported by the precious collaboration of co-creator Robert Kirkman. The visual sector of the cinematics was instead supervised by Seung Eun Kim, an artist already awarded at the Emmys for his work on productions of the caliber of Arcane and The Batman.

Going down the battlefield of Invincible VS, we will have 18 iconic characters at our disposal, ready to clash to the sound of devastating combos in fast-paced gameplay. Immersion will also be guaranteed by an excellent voice cast that sees the return of many of the original actors of the animated series, including J.K. Simmons as the fearsome Omni-Man, accompanied by Gillian Jacobs (Atom Eve), Jason Mantzoukas (Rex Splode), Michael Dorn (Battle Beast) and many other well-known faces, or rather voices. However, there will be no shortage of news, such as the entry of Aleks Le in the role of the protagonist Mark Grayson and the musician Tierra Whack. The latter will lend her voice to Ella Mental, a completely new fighter conceived for the game, who will even receive his own origin story in a comic book to be released at the end of May.

We leave you to the video: enjoy!
