Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be in Game Pass at launch: confirmation comes from the official app

One of the issues that has held the most attention after Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard is whether the latter would include the new CoDs in the Game Pass, thus losing potential sales but gaining in equally potential new subscribers and microtransactions.

Several signs have so far suggested that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 would indeed be included in the Game Pass, first and foremost the words of Sara Bond who had reassured fans that the "full range" of new Activision titles would arrive in the Pass. Today, however, an official confirmation comes from the Game Pass app itself: In fact, many players, mainly those who have the app in English, received a notification today that reads: "Just announced: Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 arrives in Game Pass on day one later this year!"

An unequivocal message therefore, which could have started in advance of some announcement that will be made today. However, it now seems certain that Xbox Game Pass owners will be able to enjoy the new title in the series at no additional cost!
