Good news if you have an Xbox Series X/S and were willing to play (or replay) the action-RPG of THQ Nordic and Experiment 101 Biomutant: the developers have announced that on September 6 the game will be updated for free with optimization for next-generation consoles, introducing native 4K resolution, super-fast load times, HDR support and performance up to 60 fps.

After the upgrade, the game will offer us three different graphics modes on the new consoles:

• Quality - 30 fps at 4K (1440p on Series S)
• Unleashed Quality: unlocked frame-rate from 40 fps up (with an average of 50-60 fps) and dynamic resolution up to 4k (1440p on Series S)
• Performance: 60 fps at 1440p (1080p on Series S)
