In a week, on March 11, we will finally see the return of WWE 2K22 after a long "pause for reflection" to allow the Visual Concepts team to bring the franchise back on track after a problematic handover from previous developers Yuke's. The team returns today to show us the game in the MyRise and Rey Mysterio 2K Showcase modes.

In Rey Mysterio 2K Showcase, players face legendary opponents such as Eddie Guerrero, The
Undertaker and Shawn Michaels, as well as current Superstars, including The Miz and Dolph Ziggler. Gameplay
frantically switches flawlessly to live historical footage, using Slingshot's new technology
2K, for a truly immersive experience.

MyRISE instead gives players the opportunity to experience the journey of a WWE Superstar, from the humble beginnings of
a Rookie at the WWE Performance Center to the challenge of becoming a Superstar, to be immolated
as a WWE Legend. With unique storylines for the men's and women's division available, the
Players will meet a host of WWE Superstars and Legends as they embark on the journey.
