Wired Productions and independent developer Tomas Sala today announced that their open world air combat RPG The Falconeer will be released at the xbox Series X launch with specific optimizations for the new console, as well as being playable on Xbox One thanks to Smart Delivery.

The developers promise that "by combining classic combat mechanics with a breathtaking setting and a wide variety of unique enemies, The Falconeer will be able to support a minimum resolution of 4K at 60 frames per second and will dazzle you with its HDR."
