Need for Speed Heat becomes cross-play, joins EA Access from June 16

Electronic Arts, after Activision with CoD MW,joins the group of major video game manufacturers embracing cross-play: the Californian publisher announced today that Need for Speed Heat will be from tomorrow, June 9, the first EA game to support cross-play between all platforms, Xbox, PlayStation and PC.

With the update coming tomorrow, therefore, game owners will be able to start challenging players from other platforms, thus helping to populate the game's online tracks more.

But that's not all: from June 16, the title will enter the EA Access Vault, allowing all subscribers to EA's online service who have not yet tried it, to play it unrestricted. All this, of course, in preparation for the EA Play Live event on June 19, where EA will discover all its cards for the future.

If you don't have anEA Access subscription, please note that you can purchase it at a cost of 3.99 euros per month or 24.99 euros per year, with the ability to play all the titles in the Vault as long as the subscription is active and to try all EA titles in advance and without additional charges a week before launch. Have fun!
