Rumor: This year's CoD will take us to Vietnam, it will be part of the Black Ops universe

More than a month after the release of the Battle Royale Call of Duty: Warzone,rumours are singer about the next chapter of Call of Duty coming this year, with the launch of the new consoles. This time it's the turn of the well-known journalist Jason Schreier, who recently left the Kotaku newspaper to land the much more famous Bloomberg News,who revealed in a tweet that the next CoD will be set in the Vietnam War and could be called Call of Duty: Vietnam.

Schreier's statement is compounded by the specialized portal Charlie Intel and The Gaming RevolutionYouTube channel, which had already revealed days ago that the new Call of Duty would be developed by Treyarch with the support of Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software and that it would arrive this fall on Xbox One and Series X on

Schreier added that Call of Duty: Vietnam would be part of the BlackOps universe, but unlike previous rumoursof areboot, it would be acompletely new chapter.
