505 Games has released The Control launch trailer and reminds us that the long-awaited Action-Adventure title from Remedy Entertainment will be available on Xbox One and August 27.

The invasion of a New York secret agency by an otherworldly threat leads you to become the new Director, and you must fight to regain Control. From developer Remedy Entertainment, in this third-person supernatural dynamic adventure, you'll have to learn how to master otherworldly skills, editable gear, and interactive environments while battling a world unpredictable and obscure. Control tells the story of Jesse Faden and his personal quest for answers as he learns to serve as Director. Control's world has its own story, just like the allies Jesse will meet along the way. Jesse works with other Bureau agents and ends up discovering strange experiments and secrets.
