Ubisoft today announced Expanded Operations , the third major free update for PvP by Ghost Recon Wildlands arriving tomorrow, on 25 January. The update will expand the game further by adding new maps and a new Extraction .

The new Extraction mode, a team will take care of locating and escorting one of two high-risk targets outside the conflict zone, the other team instead will be working to stop them and protect the scene of the hostage. In order to keep the hostages alive and win the round, it will be crucial to prepare an appropriate strategy and make the right decisions.

Extraction mode also brings two new exclusive maps, " Institute " and " Garage ", which will push the players to adapt their style of play and come up with new tactics. Both maps are available for both the quick match Ranked mode.
