Microsoft announced today that Shantae and the Pirate's Curse will be released in digital format on Xbox One on 16 March at a price of £ 19.99 (25% discount for Gold members), having been released on Nintendo 3DS, Wii U and PC. The title is an old style platforming adventure in which we will take on the role of Shantae who lost his powers, will partner with the pirate Risky Boots to save Sequin Land.

Shantae may use numerous weapons that will advance the mission, kill monsters, face off against bosses and perhaps regain his magical powers! But can he trust Risky, his arch nemesis?
