To date of Dark Souls III little was known except for the release date of April 12, 2016 and today the weekly Famitsu has published new pictures and some beautiful artwork about the boss, the game environment and much more.

These images give us an idea of how grotesque and disturbing may be the scenario of the game, whereas we find an animal very similar to the cleric of Bloodborne but call him differently.
